Welcome to the North West
Employee Engagement Group 2018.
We are pleased that you are reading this and we hope you choose to be part of our vision; to encourage and help businesses across the North West of England to engage better with their staff, their customers and stakeholders, to make the North West the very best place to work. Our aims are to connect HR professionals and business leaders with engagement specialists and peers through our bi-monthly events and special interest groups.
We have listened to our members throughout 2017 and have made improvements to the group. 2018 promises to be an exciting year.
We have nine Ambassadors and six Leaders for 2018 that have put themselves forward to share their expertise and experience with our members and delegates, as well as actively promoting NWEEG throughout the North West. As NWEEG Ambassadors and Sponsors, they help to shape the future of the group and are dedicated to sharing their skills and knowledge with NWEEG Members throughout 2018.
New for 2018, NWEEG will be delivering the ‘Best of the North West’ Survey. This is for every member for up to 50 of your employees and will show you where you match up against other North West companies and help us to identify common problems within businesses. Everyone will receive a report upon completion of the survey. The top three scoring companies will be announced at this years glitzy NWEEG Awards evening.
Nominations for the 12 NWEEG Awards categories will be on the NWEEG website at the end of January.
The full day conference will be held on 17th May 2018, followed by a full evening of celebration, including the Awards ceremony and presentations. This gives you the opportunity to recognise your own colleagues by way of a nomination for one of the awards, and if shortlisted, inviting them to join you for the evening.
